Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Plymouth, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Town of Plymouth has received a Community Development Block Grant-Infrastructure Award and intends to develop a final engineering report and to rehabilitate or replace four existing lift stations and install three permanent generators. The Town is soliciting qualifications for professional engineering services to assist in developing a final engineering report, engineering design, bid package services, and construction inspection services for the project in compliance with all applicable federal requirements and regulations under the CDBG program. Payment terms will be negotiated with the selected firm, and the fee for professional engineering services will be paid with CDBG funds. Proposals are invited from small, minority and women-owned firms, veteran-owned, historically underutilized businesses, and certified/registered Section 3 business concerns.
