Site work for a civil project in Jefferson, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation & grading, along with tile & outlet structures, riprap placement, & seeding. This project includes around 21,658 CY of earthwork, 533 LF of various tile installation, 2 concrete manhole structures, two outlet riser structures, 21.5 TN of riprap and 1.8 AC of seeding. Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
