Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a 12,300-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; 3,600-square-foot, one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of North Vernon Parks Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide removal and replacement of existing concrete surfaces for the Quad Plex ball facility (Approx 12,300 square feet 6 thick) as well as the removal and replacement of existing sidewalk area between FDR field and J Vance field (Approx 3600 square feet 4 thick). This work includes the excavation and removal of existing concrete and bituminous, materials compaction, backfill, trench drain installation (Quadplex), preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces in compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards. All surfaces must meet ADA requirements. Time for replacement is critical, with scheduled large tournaments planned at the facility throughout the fall. Work can proceed on the 27th of October 2025 and must be completed prior to March 13th, 2026. Liquidated Damages will be accessed at $1000.00 per day for each calendar day over the completion date.
