Description

Site work and new construction of a religious / funeral development in Bainbridge, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade religious / funeral development.

The City of Bainbridge is soliciting sealed bids for the new construction of a fence at Jonas Lobe Cemetery as described in the attached specifications. Bids must include all delivery charges to Bainbridge, Georgia. Bidders are required to complete all blanks on the provided Bid Form and Bid Specifications, with bids signed in ink by an authorized company official. Prices quoted must remain firm for 30 days from bid opening. Early payment discounts, if available, should be noted in the proposal. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any portion or all of the bids, waive technicalities or formalities, negotiate with the low bidder for a final contract, and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the city. Local preference of 2% may be applied to qualifying Decatur County businesses for supplies, equipment, material, and personal services not part of a construction project.
