Renovation of a municipal facility in West Tisbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the demolition of existing generator, integral fuel tank, pad, and chain link fencing; installing a propane fueled standby generator on a concrete pad; installing automatic transfer switches; associated propane fuel tanks, piping and wiring and conduit; bollards; fencing and gate; loam and seed; SCADA integration; utility coordination; and ancillary work. Additional Information: The generator for this project has been purchased by the Owner. The Work under this contract includes unloading, setting and rigging of the generator at the Sanborn Well site and installation of the generator. QA date - 10-9-2025 Every request for such interpretation in relation to the bid should be in writing addressed to the Engineer, Ryan Allgrove, P.E. ryan.allgrove@apexcos.com, and to be given consideration must be received by the close of business (4 p.m.) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
