The specifications of the culverts requested are as follows: o 3000' linear feet of 42" (34" x 53") x 7.5' long HERCP Class 3 per ASTM-C507 precast reinforced culverts The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any information in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the City. City of Rogers reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of bids without consent of the owner.
