Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Rogers, Arkansas. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of December 02, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists generally of the rehabilitation of twelve existing filters at the Water Treatment Plant for the Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis. Bids must include a performance and payment bond from a surety company authorized to do business in Arkansas for contracts exceeding $20,000, and bid security in the form of a cashier's check or a corporate bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid. Bidders on contracts over $20,000 must be properly licensed at the time of bidding and provide proof of their state contractors license with the bid. Compliance with Arkansas Prevailing Wage Laws is required as appropriate. Bidders must also provide an Equal Employment Opportunity certificate if applicable. Participation from disadvantaged, minority, and woman owned business enterprises is encouraged either as contractor or subcontractor. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid that is in its best interest. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bids must be submitted in person or by mail electronic submissions will not be considered. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days of opening. Question Deadline 11/12/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
