Sealed bids are invited from qualified bidders to provide janitorial services for the Rogers Water Utilities properties, including the RWU Administration Building, the RWU Training Center, and the Rogers Pollution Control Facility. Detailed information about the subject properties and services is specified in the Invitation for Bid and bid packet, available from the RWU administration office or by email request. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. RWU reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid or alternate deemed in its best interest, and waive any technicalities, formalities, or informalities. Evaluation of bids will consider not only price, but also reliability, efficiency, expertise, rating, reputation, and other relevant factors such as inspection, testing, quality, workmanship, delivery, suitability, and cost considerations. The award of contract is contingent on approval by the Rogers Waterworks and Sewer Commission. The selection process may utilize any lawful evaluation method at RWU's sole discretion, with RWU serving as the sole judge of the process.
