Demolition and site work for a residential development in Waverly, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The County Commission of Wood County is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of structures, all trash, and debris within the property located at 4339 Laurel Creek Road, Waverly, WV 26184. Please put "SEALED BIDS - LAUREL CREEK" on all envelopes. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids The structure to be demolished and removed is a dilapidated two-story residential structure. The home is very old and falling apart and caving in on multiple sides and is a safety hazard. The main work of the project is to demolish and remove, in its entirety, the multi-story home structure and all of the materials within it. All demolished materials, debris, refuse, junk, and trash will need to be removed.
