Specifications for the Supply and Delivery of Various Building Materials for the Gloucester County Department of Buildings and Grounds and Existing Units Within the County as Allowed Surety in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, will not be required for this bid, and a performance bond of 100% will not be required of the successful bidder. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Non-collusion Affidavit. Public Disclosure, N.j.s.a. 52:25 24.2 Provides That No Corporation or Partnership Shall Be Awarded Any State, County, Municipal or School District Contract for the Performance of Any Work or the Furnishing of Any Materials or Supplies, Unless, Prior to the Receipt of the Bid or Accompanying the Bid of Said Corporation or Partnership There is Submitted a Statement. The Statement Shall Set Forth the Names and Addresses of All Stockholders in the Corporation or Partnership Who Own 10% or More of Its Stock or Any Class, or of All Individual Partners in the Partnership Who Own a 10% or Greater Interest. Failure to Supply This Information With Your Form of Proposal Will Be Cause to Reject the Bid.
