Questions may be directed to Tom Sullivan, SWC Administrator (856) 373-5500 Surety in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00 made payable to the Gloucester County Improvement Authority will not be required with this bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% will not be required of the successful bidder The bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit. Public Disclosure, N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 provides that no corporation or partnership shall be awarded any State, County, Municipal or School District contract for the performance of any work or the furnishing of any materials or supplies, unless, prior to the receipt of the bid or accompanying the bid of said corporation or partnership there is submitted a statement. The statement shall set forth the names and addresses of all stockholders in the corporation or partnership who own 10% or more of its stock or any class, or of all individual partners in the partnership who own a 10% or greater interest. FAILURE TO SUPPLY THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR FORM OF PROPOSAL WILL BE CAUSE TO REJECT THE BID. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the proposal received and to accept the bid which in their judgment will best serve the interest of Gloucester County Improvement Authority.
