Site work for a water / sewer project in Hope, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and all activities required for removing and replacing filter media as shown on the plans. Instructions to bidders: Separate sealed bids for the construction of Filter Media Replacement will be received at the office specified in the advertisement. No bids shall be submitted by facsimile machine or similar equipment. Information and bidding documents can be obtained in PDF form at no charge by contacting Spears Engineering Company, LLC, or in bound copies for a fee. Prospective bidders are urged to register as plan holders with Spears Engineering Company, LLC. Plan holders will receive updates with addenda and other relevant information via email. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes must follow State law, referring to specific Arkansas State Licensing Laws and Acts. The owner encourages small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids and urges general contractors to consider these groups if subcontracting portions of the work.
