Project generally consists of modification of interior piping within an existing valve vault that includes installation of a pressure-reducing valve (PRV), magnetic flow meter, strainer, OS&Y gate valves, electrical components, lighting; directionally drill two 1.5 conduits between vault and Well/Pump Station No. 4 for power and controls for PRV, meter, and lighting; installation of conduit and wiring through interior of Well/Pump Station No. 4 building to control and electrical panels, and SCADA integration; restoration to all areas disturbed by construction operations. Questions Due Date: Oct 31st 2025, 12:00 PM EDT All questions must be submitted through electronic . Questions Online Portal. Bids must be on the forms furnished by the Owner. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Performance financial security and payment financial security, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price in form set forth in the Project Manual, and evidence of all required insurance as set forth in the Project Manual, must be furnished by the successful Bidder at the time set forth in the Project Manual. The OWNER reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all proposals and to reject any or all proposals.
