Site work for a water / sewer project in River Rouge, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
This project consists of over 10,240 feet of trenchless rehabilitation (CIPP), 3 open cut excavation point repairs, 4 open cut excavation partial replacements, 2 open cut excavation full replacements, and 86 manhole frame & cover replacements and associated manhole work. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Ecorse for the Ecorse Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation CDBG-DR Project until the specified bid opening date and time. Bids received after that time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the bidder. General requirements include bid deposit, certified payroll, project installation, federal funding compliance, insurance, and payment of prevailing wage. Bonding requirements include bid bond, performance bond, maintenance bond, and payment bond.
