Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

As of November 13, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City of Altamonte Springs desires to secure the removal, purchase, and installation of twenty-five (25) new Corrugated Clear 4' wide x 24' length x 0.8mm thickness polycarbonate plastic roof panel from a qualified vendor. Contractor shall, to the City of Altamonte Springs (the "City") satisfaction, provide the labor, materials and equipment to completely and properly perform the replacement of the damaged or missing greenhouse roof panels on Greenhouse 1 (14007), Greenhouse 2 (14008), Greenhouse 3 (14009) Greenhouse 4 (14010) located in at the Fleet Maintenance Complex, 499 West Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 (the "Greenhouses") as follows: 1. Contractor shall, to the City's satisfaction, furnish labor services and equipment necessary to provide all necessary rigging and lifting equipment (the "Equipment"), as determined by Contractor, as well as a qualified operator for such Equipment, to perform the Work described in this Scope of Work. Although the City will provide Contractor with information regarding the specific project, Contractor shall bear all responsibility to make the final determination as to the correct Equipment (including but not limited to suitability, capacity limits and positioning), and the City will permit Contractor to visit the project site in advance, when necessary, to make such determination. 2. Obtain all necessary permits from the City of Altamonte Springs in order to perform the Work as well as schedule all necessary inspections in order to obtain all required inspection permits. Contractor will turn over to the City's Representative all approved inspection permits from the City of Altamonte Springs within two (2) business days of said inspections. 3. Remove and properly dispose of away from the City's premises the existing damaged polycarbonate plastic roof panels (the "Removed Roof Panels") and all associated hardware at the Greenhouses. 4. Provide and install new polycarbonate plastic roof panels to replace the Removed Roof Panels. Basis of design - Alternate products must meet or exceed product specifications. I. Upon completion of the Work by Contractor, the City, will provide the Vendor with a written punch list (the "Punch List") and Vendor will perform the Work on the Punch List to the satisfaction of the City's Representative. In addition to all other requirements set forth herein, the Work shall comply with the following: Contractor shall comply with the following: o Florida Building Code. Contractor will be responsible for all supervision, cleanup, and removal of debris from the City's premises resulting from the performance of the Work, on a daily basis prior to commencement of operational hours each day
