The City of Altamonte Springs, Florida will receive sealed submittals for the Eastmonte Park Restroom Facility project. Bidders are required to submit their proposals prior to the specified due date and time, either in person at the Procurement Division, Suite 1030, City Hall, 225 Newburyport Avenue, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701, or electronically through the City's online solicitation management portal, VendorLink. The solicitation will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline. Bid, Payment & Performance, and Maintenance Bonds are required. The City reserves the right to waive any minor technicalities, reject any or all submittals, cancel, or re-advertise. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project consists of the design and construction of a turn-key prefabricated precast modular building restroom facility including all review and permit fees. The turn key building includes but is not limited to the following: Precast walls with formliner finish, precast floor, doors, door frames, door hardware, painting, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, signage, skylights, LED lighting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. The completed facility will be fully functional, and meet all the operational requirements of the Owner and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
