This scope of work includes the following:renovation of the existing entry café which includes all construction and services required to renovate the existing café space, remove and replace all finishes (i.e., flooring, ceiling, wall), install café equipment and appliances, provide pony stud wall partitions, countertops, as well as MEPT appurtenances. Modifications of existing fire alarm and fire suppression will be required, plus installation of staff lockers and shelving at the Dry Storage Room and other associated improvements per bid documents.
