The requirement is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to support the Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) Security Forces Squadron's Base Alarm services. The contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services for the existing base alarm system and CCTV system. This includes cleaning, scheduling, repairing, planning, and replacing base alarm components, access control readers, workstations, and various surveillance equipment to meet Air Force standards. The contractor will also maintain the VPN integrated into the base network backbone, requiring network troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation of its condition. Tasks involve using network test equipment to measure voltages and frequencies, configuring IP-based surveillance and alarm components, and working with fiber, network switches (CISCO), network video recorders, media converters, and LPR technology. The contractor must utilize network software to identify and resolve anomalies, either through software adjustments or equipment replacement, and maintain certifications for proprietary software and equipment. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
