The project consists of renovation and improvements to the Recreation Park Teen Center, Teen Plaza, and Skatepark facilities. Work includes renovation of the existing Teen Center building with interior fixture replacements, expanded interior space, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, roofing improvements, ADA accessibility upgrades, architectural finishes, window and millwork updates, and associated mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and fire protection improvements. Site improvements include renovation of existing skatepark elements, fencing replacement and upgrades, accessibility improvements including a new accessible parking space and access route, drainage improvements, expansion and modification of the stormwater treatment system, irrigation and landscaping enhancements, and related structural modifications including new door openings and structural wall adjustments. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 01, 2026. Bids will not be accepted after that time. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the Teen Center Plaza/Skatepark.
