General Description of the Project The New Construction of AST Administration Building #3 will serve as one of the locations central to the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma's administrative operations. It is intended to provide functional office space for Tribal departments involved in public and employee services. 2. Description of Work New two-story administration building including dirt work, paving, utilities, concrete foundation, steel structure, concrete masonry veneer, thermally modified wood siding, cast stone accents, TPO roofing, insulation, aluminum storefront, wood doors, hollow metal frames, carpet tile LVT, paint, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. The project involves the construction of a new, two-story Administration Building, approximately 10,000 sq. ft., located on the AST Complex at 2025 S. Gordon Cooper Dr., Shawnee, OK 74801. The work includes site preparation, building structure, interior and exterior finishes, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Sealed bids are solicited from qualified construction firms. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
