Renovation of a multi-residential development in Woodstock, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,644-square-foot, two-story above grade multi-residential development.

The Town of Woodstock, VT, is accepting bids from qualified concrete/foundation contractors to construct a new crawlspace foundation for the elevation of an existing two-story, 1,644 sq. ft. residence. This project is part of a federally funded flood mitigation effort under the FY23 Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Swift Current Program. The home is located within the Ottauquechee River Special Flood Hazard Area and will be elevated approximately 8 feet by a separate house lifting contractor. The awarded contractor will work in coordination with the Town, property owners, and other trades (house lifting, excavation, framing) to ensure correct sequencing and quality of work.
