Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Woodstock, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Remove and replace an accessibility ramp outside the Chelsea Town Hall. Scope includes evaluation and replacement of foundations/footings, demolition and disposal of the existing ramp, preparation of existing ground for installation, and construction of a new ADA compliant ramp.
