The purpose of this Short Form Request for Proposal ("SRFP") is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract with the Royal Roads University ("Royal Roads", the "University") to complete exterior maintenance services including roof de-mossing, gutter cleaning and window washing. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence December 1st, 2025. This will be a 2 year Term and at the request of the University, an additional 1 year Term, for a total of 3 possible years.
