The Project includes the following Work: This project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing and installing approximately 1,240 square yards of full depth pavement repairs, approximately 1,370 square yards of mill and overlay, one inlet top replacement, and an allowance of 200 square yards of mill and overlay reconstruction patchwork. As an alternate, the project also includes full depth pavement repairs for all mill and overlay areas and 600 square yards of full-depth pavement repairs on the main haul road. The Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informalities or technicalities, and to act in its own best interest. Except as otherwise provided by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless the contract award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the Bid Due Date.
