Commodity Bid Matching: 335312: Motor and Generator Manufacturing. Scope: Supply of six electric motors (50 Horsepower, 1770 RPM, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz, 326T Frame, 1272M Motor Type, TEFC Enclosure, W6 Mounting Arrangement) as specified, including additional details on nameplate, horsepower, frame, enclosure, and technical parameters. Name plate shall be labeled “Open Bearing.” Instructions to bidders: Read the entire bid carefully. All questions should be submitted through the eRSP Q&A section. Price(s) must be entered in the unit price and extension columns for the bid line items, with answers provided for requested information listed after the bid line items. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the extension, the unit price will prevail. Only responses submitted through eRSP will be accepted. Vendors quoting a manufacturer or brand other than specified must submit and attach literature/specifications with the bid; failure to do so will make the bid non-responsive. All required bid supporting forms and documentation must be submitted electronically through the eRSP system prior to the bid closing date and time. Delivery shall not exceed 90 calendar days from receipt of order. Payment will be made 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of corrected invoice. Bids are subject to acceptance by the department for a period of 90 days. Bidders must provide a complete detailed description, manufacturer name, and part number for each item. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder. Assignment of the contract is prohibited unless authorized by prior written consent. Bidders must comply with affirmative action requirements and possess a valid BTRC or VRN as required. Prices quoted must include all delivery charges FOB destination and any applicable duties, but be exclusive of sales/use taxes and excise taxes unless otherwise stated..
