The work consists of providing 400 each of FILTER, ELEMENT, COALESCING, D-FOG ASSEMBLY for "DONALDSON" moisture separator panel, for GE Frame 7FA+E combustion turbine air inlet filtration system, to match and intermember with equipment now in use in the Department. Vendors quoting other than the specified manufacturer/brand or specified part number must submit and attach filter performance data with the bid. Failure to do so will deem the bid non-responsive. Delivery shall not exceed 160 calendar days from receipt of order. Bids offering delivery beyond the specified number of days will be rejected as non-responsive. Payment will be made 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of corrected invoice. The items shall match and intermember with equipment now in use in the Department. Bidder must provide a complete detailed description for each item including the manufacturer name and part number even if the item matches exactly the item specified. Vendors quoting other than specified must submit and attach literature/specifications with the bid. Only responses submitted through eRSP will be accepted. Prices quoted shall include all delivery charges, shall be FOB destination, and inclusive of any applicable duties, but exclusive of federal excise taxes unless otherwise stated. Award of contract will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder. The Department reserves the right to award items separately or as a whole, unless otherwise stated. Copies of all forms required at bid submittal, required from bidder upon request, and important bid documents for download are located on the "Vendor Checklist" page of the eRSP system and must be downloaded by creating a bid response in the eRSP system. Bidder shall enter their prices in the unit price and extension columns on the bid line items and provide answers to requested information listed after the bid line items.
