Removal of Water Well Annex 26 (Eo-3744) the Work Consists of the Removal of One Existing Municipal Water Supply Well and Associated Facilities. Where the Scope of Work Will Be Presented. The Work Site is located within the City of Long Beach, California, at the following address: Well Annex 26: located approximately 75 feet north of the northern property boundary of Long Beach Fire Station 19, and 50 feet west of the centerline of Clark Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90808. 1) Removal of one (1) existing potable water supply well, Well Annex 26, including demolition of above and below ground pipe, valves, fittings, tanks, electrical equipment, and vaults, isolation of the collection main, destruction of the well, backfill and compaction, site restoration, and/or other work as necessary to complete the project as described in the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
