The Long Beach Utilities Department (LBUD) intends to engage the services of a professional engineering consulting firm (Consultant) to perform construction management and inspection services for the Water Main Bridge Crossings Repair Project Sites No. 2, No. 3, and No. 28 (Project).ites No. 2, No. 3, and No. 28. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove exterior paint system and apply new paint system, including scaffold, rigging, and containment of sites and disposal of hazardous materials for the Water Main Bridge Crossing Sites No. 2, No. 3, and No. 28. LBUD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. LBUD will select the Consultant, which appears most likely to provide the services under conditions that would be in the best interest of LBUD. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
