Colorado Springs Utilities ("Utilities") is requesting proposals from qualified Respondents with demonstrated experience in Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) or Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) inspection of the Homestake Tunnel. The selected Respondent ("Contractor") will perform the work described in this Exhibit A. Perform Inspection (work window is between June 1 and July 31, 2026; July is the only available month for Reservoir boat launch access and use due to the Reservoir levels decreasing.) Note- Contractor may propose an additional alternative inspection period or approach if there is a cost benefit or risk considerations which improve the inspection. Utilities is requesting the Contractor to perform the work described in this Exhibit A. Utilities and the Contractor shall be collectively known as the "Parties." The Homestake Reservoir ("Reservoir") complex is located in a remote, high altitude, seasonally accessible location and includes the Homestake Tunnel ("Tunnel") between the Reservoir and the outlet dispersion structure. The Reservoir is operated by the Homestake Water Project, which is a joint venture between Utilities and Aurora Water ("Aurora").
