Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Centralia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Centralia is seeking proposals for work related to the 20-ton rooftop condenser unit serving the Centralia Recreation Center. Two Request for Proposals (RFPs) have been issued: Option 1: Coil Replacement - Replacement of the coil in the existing 20-ton condenser unit. Option 2: Full Unit Replacement - Complete removal and replacement of the existing 20-ton condenser unit, including installation of a new unit, drain line, rubber roof top supports, and hail guards. Only one of these projects will be awarded, based on cost-effectiveness and the best value to the City.
