Work involves grading, concrete foundations, hardscape walkways, irrigation and sod installation for a new grass field, site lighting, underground utilities for electrical, low voltage, sewer, and water services. The contractor will provide fencing, gates, ADA-compliant paving and striping, and coordinate with the shade structure supplier for utility connections. Excess soils will be graded at a District-designated location, and all SWPPP requirements must be maintained throughout the project.
