Contractor, a California corporation ("Contractor") will provide the City of Escondido, a California municipal corporation ("City") with solar-powered LED enhanced yellow curve warning signs, radar speed signs, and additional sign installation services relating to the TMPL 2025 Sign Improvements Project ("Project"). B. Location Contractor will procure and install radar powered traffic warning signs and additional signs at the following locations: 1. Khayyam Road; a. 50 feet and 125 feet south of the centerline of W. 8 th Ave.; and 2. Golden Circle Drive; a. Between 1977 & 1981 Golden Circle Dr. facing south bound traffic; b. Between 1982 &1986 Golden Circle Dr. facing north bound traffic; c. Across 2066 Golden Circle Dr. facing west bound traffic; and d. Between 2074 & 2072 Golden Circle Dr. facing east bound traffic. Exact locations shall be verified by City Engineering staff. C. Services The work to be done under this Agreement ("Work") shall generally consist of furnishing and installing four solar powered radar speed signs, two solar powered LED curve warning signs, a warning sign, an object marker, and speed limit signs at the locations indicated. The Project plans and specifications have been attached hereto as Attachment A and Attachment B and are incorporated herein by this reference. Contractor shall commence construction after a Notice to Proceed from the City, and shall complete all Work within 40 calendar days. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works/Green Book and City of Escondido Design Standards and Standard Drawings.
