Bids must be sealed and labeled for Graceville DR / Graceville Lift Stations Improvements and will be received until 10:00 AM (CST) on the specified date. The project completion period is 365 days from the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages set at $1,000.00 per day for failure to complete on time. The Bid will be awarded to the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including federal requirements related to labor standards and safety. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and all bids must remain firm for sixty days after the opening.
