The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and permits required to provide repair, replacement, and emergency services for interior and exterior glass in commercial buildings. This includes doors, windows, curtain walls, storefronts, partitions, mirrors, and other glazed surfaces across all designated facilities. Bidders are instructed to submit a sealed bid for RFQ 35769 for commercial glass repair and replacement at various PGW locations. Bid pricing must remain firm for the initial two-year contract term. There is an option for two one-year renewals, with price increases allowed if notice is received in writing by PGW at least fifteen days prior to the expiration of the current term. The basis of the award is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendor may increase prices for the future renewal periods provided that: The notice of price increases must be received, in writing, by pgw at least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration of the current term for price increase to be effective as of the first day of the renewal term. This project is subject to the performance bond and the labor and material payment bond, each at 100% of the awarded contract amount.
