The selected Proposer will have the opportunity to propose performing further environmental assessments, subject to PGW approval and restrictions, after the Notification Date and in advance of contract execution. PGW prefers that the development be structured utilizing a long-term lease, but will entertain other proposed transaction structures, including sales.
