Renovation of a power facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Development of several parcels near PGW's 800 W. Montgomery Avenue corporate headquarters, as more specifically provided herein. Development Sites: The development site(s) are further described below: 1800 9th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122 1849 9th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122 900-940 Diamond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122 (aka 2000-26 N. 9th Street) Additional information about environmental conditions at the Development Sites will be provided to the Proposers upon delivery of an executed Confidentiality Agreement as provided herein. The selected Proposer will have the opportunity to propose performing further environmental assessments, subject to PGW approval and restrictions, after the Notification Date and in advance of contract execution. PGW prefers that the development be structured utilizing a long-term lease, but will entertain other proposed transaction structures, including sales. Proposers may respond with interest in one, multiple, or all of the parcels This document outlines PGW's objectives, describes the general characteristics of the services to be provided, and (without being exhaustive) outlines the principal obligations of PGW and the selected Proposer. PGW's primary objective is to enable the highest and best use development of the identified parcels by making land available for development by a developer. Montgomery Avenue, for which it seeks proposals for new development projects and uses aligned with PGW's ongoing business priorities, as described further in the RFP.
