Submit pricing for a one-time purchase order of one 16" plug valve, welded, with a 39" extension. Specifications must be referenced as indicated under the specified tab. PGW-approved alternatives are accepted, provided specs/drawings for all proposed alternatives are included. Pricing should be submitted for both standard and expedited delivery. All bids must include pricing and the lead time in the designated location. The valve is to be shipped to the specified location. Basis of award is to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder able to meet the required delivery date. If no bidder can meet the required date, award will go to the bid closest to the date. Late delivery penalties will apply. Bidders must not take exceptions to specifications or terms, must provide pricing and lead time, and must remit invoices electronically. The bidding process must be completed by the deadline. Questions must be submitted within the clarification period. Payment terms are Net 30 days, freight paid, F.O.B. destination. If applicable, include contract numbers for eligible pricing programs, and submit certification if a minority, woman, veteran, or disabled-owned business. Award will result in one purchase order.
