Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Newaygo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work for the project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a small park to include brick walls, a fireplace, concrete, brick pavers, siding, painting, irrigation, landscaping, signage, etc. The project will be a fixed price contract and we want to make sure contractors understand the details of the project. We will go over key items of the project at the meeting. You will have an opportunity to ask questions. The City of Newaygo reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or to award on any or all items, as is in the best interest of the City of Newaygo. Bid results will be disclosed on the bid due date and time in the City Hall Council Chambers located at the City Hall address mentioned above. The City of Newaygo is an equal opportunity provider.
