Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Cumberland, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the complete rehabilitation of a 50,000-gallon, 100-foot-tall elevated potable water storage tank. The scope includes surface preparation and recoating of the interior and exterior tank surfaces with certified coatings, replacement of fill controllers and associated booster pumps and backflow preventers, fencing replacement, electrical and lighting system verification, cathodic protection system testing, containment measures, repairs, and certification. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the start date of the contract. Project Cost Class B - $100,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
