The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for this project. Major items of work for this project include the following approximate quantities: Replacement of one (1) Sanitary Sewer Manhole ~ 25 VF deep No work, including delivery of materials and heavy equipment, shall start prior to March 1, 2026, and all work must be completed within thirty (30) days of mobilization to the site. All work is to be completed on or before April 30, 2026. Question Deadline 10/28/2025 at 5:00 PM CT
