Renovation of a municipal facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Council Bluffs Public Works is requesting bids for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for this project. Major items of work for this project include, but are not limited to, the following: The installation of a new natural gas generator with weatherproof enclosure, a service-rated automatic transfer switch, and all associated conduit, conductors, gas piping, and concrete equipment base required for a complete and operational system. The bid will be awarded based on the Lump Sum total of Line 1 and Line 2, as specified. The work under the proposed contract shall be completed as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
