**As of November 7, 2025, the project was awarded to Wagner Enterprise Inc., with an awarded amount of $228,469.28** The City of Grand Haven shall accept bids for professional services to reline the interior surface of multiple fiberglass chemical storage tanks at the Northwest Ottawa Water Treatment Plant. The work included in this proposal shall be for preparingthe interior surfaces ofmultiple fiberglass chemical storage tanks for a reapplied layer ofNSF 61 compliant FRP coating to the design specified thickness of each tank for the chemical that it contains. The preparation must include a fully abraded surface to promote maximum adhesion of the new FRP coating. The choice of NSF 61 resin coating is expected to be the best choice available for the chemical it will contain. The City Council of the City of Grand Haven reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any defect in proposals, and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the bid and/or Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the City of Grand Haven.
