Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Haven, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 3620 ft. of 8 inch Ductile Iron Water Main 4950 ft of HMA Non-Motorized Pathway Reconstruction 300 ft of 24" SLCPP Storm Sewer. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by local funds. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Grand Haven Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price must accompany each bid. This surety will bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project completion date is August 15, 2026. The project must be completed within 70 calendar days of commencing construction. Doc note: Bidder assumes sole risk for any project specifications and drawings, electronic or hard copy, obtained other than directly from Prein&Newhof. A $20 dollar charge will be added to all mailed drawings and/or specifications. Fees are payable by cash or check only and are not refunded.
