Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting architectural and engineering services for the Green Line Inner Belt Yard Expansion Project located in Somerville, MA. The Scope of Services includes General Project Management Services, Design Phase Services, Bid Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services. The contract duration is expected to be five years, with Project Design and Bid Phase Services expected to be completed within two years from Notice to Proceed. Firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications. Responses must include a digital copy via BidExpress.com of a current Standard Form (SF) 330 for all proposed team members, including all sub-consultant firms. Additional required submissions include an Affirmative Action Plan, Employee Profile, the most current Massachusetts Unified Certification Program (MassUCP) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification Letters, and a completed Bidder Form for each Prime and Subconsultant. The prime consultant must describe how they plan to achieve the project goal of 14% DBE participation. Only MassUCP-certified DBE firm participation will be attributed to the DBE goal for this project. Section H (Additional Information) of the SF 330 should address: Proposed Team and Organization, Key personnel qualifications, Project experience relevant to this project, and additional information supporting qualifications. The Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated based on Proposed Team and Organization, Key Personnel Qualifications, Relevant Project Experience, Additional Information, Personnel by Discipline, General/Overall Evaluation, and AA/EP/DBE Evaluation (Pass/Fail). All capable firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications in accordance with these instructions. The MBTA reserves the right to cancel this procurement or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications.
