The Greater Peoria Sanitary and Sewage Disposal District (District) invites the submission of bids for the provision of Water Treatment Chemicals throughout calendar year 2026. A bidder may correct, modify, or withdraw its bid by making the request in writing to the Director of Operations prior to the time and date for the bid opening. All corrections and modifications must be delivered to the District in a sealed envelope with a notation on the envelope indicating that it contains a modification or correction to the original bid submitted, and identifying the bid by project name bidding company. Bid prices will be accepted online only. The online event will be held at 10:00 AM CST on Monday, November 10th, 2025. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled online bid date for sixty (60) days. If goods are not delivered or services not performed in accordance with the General Conditions below, the District reserves the right to both cancel the order or any part thereof and obtain fulfillment of the order using the services of parties other than the bidder. Bids will be considered on goods complying substantially with specifications provided each deviation or alternatives are identified and described in an attachment to the bid. The District reserves the right to determine whether such deviations or alternatives are acceptable. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, or to accept any bid or any part thereof, or to waive informalities in any bid, if deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
