The project is expected to be awarded on December 16, 2025** Atlantic County Sheriff's Residence Rehabilitation and Porch Restoration The Atlantic County Sheriff's Residence Rehabilitation and Porch Reconstruction includes repairs, demolition and reconstruction to the Front Porch of the Sheriff's Residence portion of the Atlantic County Government Complex. The scope of the work is to include the following but not limited to: 1. Repairs are both interior and exterior and relate to the main two story portion of the Sheriff's Residence. 2. The one story front porch on the east side of the building will be demolished after salvage of all historic elements has been completed. a. Historic elements include metal entablature, 30" high concrete porch guard, and existing foundation brick. 3. The one story front porch will be reconstructed utilizing both new and refurbished elements a. Work includes new foundation, cast in place concrete elements, structural steel frame. b. Work includes new finishes including porch roof, porch floor, porch ceiling and other surfaces as indicated. c. Work includes re-installation of repaired historic elements. 4. Limited site work is required as it relates to rejuvenation of the site due to construction activities.
