Atlantic Cape Community College is soliciting bids for the Building S Stairwell and Carpet Renovations, to be awarded as two separate trade contracts: Trade 1: Drywall & Painting and Trade 2: Carpet & Flooring. Bidders may submit bids for one or both trades. Each trade will be evaluated and awarded separately in accordance with New Jersey Community College Contract Law (N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25 et seq.). All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and the applicable trade. No electronic submissions will be accepted. All bidders must comply with the following statutory requirements: N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
