The Project Substantial Completion date is One Hundred and Eighty - Two (182) days from Notice to Proceed. The Project Final Completion date is Two Hundred and Three (203) days from Notice to Proceed. NOTE: Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond must be not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, except that no check or bid bond shall be for more than $20,000 and made payable to the Atlantic County Treasurer.
