Proposals are requested for the Medical Center Drive Parking Structure, Building Number 1000315, for P2 Concrete & Waterproofing Repairs 2025, Bidpack 02 - 2026 Construction, under U-M Project Number P00022783. Electronic bid submissions are required. Invited bidders will receive electronic copies of all bid documents at no charge and will access these through a designated content sharing site. Hard copies may be purchased directly from approved printing firms. Bidding documents are also available for reference at several regional construction associations and builders exchanges. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting/tour; failure to attend will result in rejection of the bid. Only electronically submitted bids to the specified email address will be accepted. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. Those not submitting a proposal should promptly send a declination email within one week of the invitation for bid. Subcontractors and suppliers interested in the work are to contact the invited bidders.
