Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Lafayette, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; municipal facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

Public-Private Agreement (as defined in IC 5-23-2) related to the potential constructing, operating, transferring, and developing of an administrative building, the potential acquisition of land for a fire station, and the potential designing, constructing, operating, transferring, and developing of a fire station. The Township reserves the right to modify or cancel the Projects at any time before a developer enters into a formal agreement with the Township, including at any point during the scoping period. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Qualifications at its sole discretion. The Township may enter into discussions with any individual developer to clarify and assure a full understanding and responsiveness to the solicitation requirements.
