Renovation of a laboratory facility in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade laboratory facility.

The projects include: 1. Combustion Research Lab Boiler #2 Replacement; 2. Purdue Memorial Union South Entry Stair Replacement; 3. Smith Hall Sanitary Sewer Repair; and 4. Vet Pathobiology Research Building Room B003 Lab Renovation. Bids shall be for complete construction only, properly executed and submitted on Form 96, accompanied by executed Form 96A giving financial data as recent as possible, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit with other documents as required by the Instructions to Bidders, clearly marked with the project and bid opening date. Each bid must include the Contractor's written plan for a program to test employees for drugs in accordance with IC 4-13-18. Each bid must also be accompanied by a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction in the specified form, made payable to The Trustees of Purdue University, in an amount equal to the maximum total of the base bid and any alternate bids, guaranteeing execution and faithful performance if awarded. The Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, specifications, plans, and drawings for the project are incorporated by reference and all bidders are deemed advised of their provisions. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive, to the extent permitted by law, any terms, conditions, or irregularities in any bid, if in the Board's discretion such waiver is to the University's advantage. Bid documents may be obtained online for a deposit, with digital versions available at no charge. Specific requirements for submission of Principal Subcontractor Questionnaires and Material Lists prior to deadlines are included. Pre-bid meetings (both in-person and virtual) are available for certain projects.
